Is there any delivery charges?

To where does Vatrin deliver?

We deliver to all over the West Bank, Jerusalem and 48 areas. The estimated delivery period is 15-21 days. Please note that this is an expected delivery period, some delays might happen due to governmental closures for Covid-19 or any other unseen circumstances.

How can I place an order?

It couldn’t be easier to make a purchase with Vatrin. Browse the site via the labeled categories i.e Clothing, Bags, Shoes etc. Click on your desired item, select the size and click ‘Add to Cart’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart on the top right of the page.Continue shopping by clicking the Continue Shopping icon. When you are ready to place your order, revisit your Shopping cart and select Proceed to Checkout. Follow the simple prompts to complete the checkout process. Does Vatrin have a physical store that I can visit?

No, Vatrin is an online shopping website that offers its services exclusively online. We do not have a physical/offline store. We offer fast delivery to your home or office for an ultimately convenient experience.

What is Vatrin’s exchange policy?

If you wish to exchange the item you received, you have 24 hours to inform us from the time you received the item. You may exchange on a different size of the same product you ordered only. The exchange fee is 30 NIS (fees paid to the delivery company).Please send your exchange request to Vatrin’s support team by contacting our Facebook page or sending an email to info@vatrin.com . What is the exchange notice period?

Exchange can only be made within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

What are the items that I can't exchange?

Exchanges or returns are NOT accepted on Sale items, Cosmetics, Perfumes & Deodorants, Sensitive pieces (lingerie, underwear, bras, swimwear, etc), accessorize, bags, sunglasses, scarfs, hats, etc.

How can I change the delivery address details on my account?

What are the payment methods that I can use?

We only have the Cash on Delivery option for now. We’re working on offering other payment methods in the near future.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

You do not need an account to shop at Vatrin. However, you will be able to enjoy a list of exclusive benefits if you register with us, such as:

The item I received is not what I ordered and/or is defected; what should I do?

At Vatrin, we always take extra care in packaging your items so that you receive the item in perfect condition. Each item is checked and packed by one of our team members, and then goes through a quality control check before finally leaving our premises. However, in case the item you received is not what you ordered and/or is damaged, please notify us immediately by contacting us on our Facebook page Vatrin or by emailing us at info@vatrin.com

How do I use a promotional code?

On the checkout page, you can enter a discount code, if available, in the Discount code box and click "Apply".
